About Me
I’m Andreea Denisa Doicu, a passionate personal trainer with over 13 years of experience in strength training and kickboxing. My fitness journey began in Romania as a teenager, where I fell in love with sports and benefited greatly from the guidance of dedicated mentors. These early experiences shaped my path and inspired me to share the joy and resilience that come from movement. For 7 years, I worked as a flight attendant, learning firsthand the importance of maintaining health even with a demanding lifestyle. This sparked my commitment to showing others what their bodies can achieve with proper care. I hold certifications from NASM and EBBF, as well as a specialization in Pre-Natal and Postpartum Training, and I have led group classes that connect mind and body through stretching.
My Mission
My mission is to create an enjoyable and empowering fitness experience for all ages. Whether it’s training children to foster a lifelong love for movement or helping busy adults, including cabin crew, integrate wellness into their lives, I strive to make fitness accessible, engaging, and transformative. My goal is to pay forward the mentorship and support I received as a young athlete and inspire the next generation to discover the benefits of staying active.
